Biography
JEFFREY P. SCOTT is an attorney in private practice with 24 years of experience in the fields of Estate Planning, Trusts and Probate, Disability Planning, and Guardianships and Conservatorships. He is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, and clerked for the Judge of the Hennepin County Probate Court during law school. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and the Bar Associations of Hennepin and Ramsey Counties. He is a frequent teacher and lecturer on legal topics, and a former instructor at Inver Hills Community College.
